How Much CBD should I or a loved one take?
This depends on the size, age, and condition of the person taking it.
For most people (up to 75lbs): 1/4 of a dropper
For people (75 lbs-150 lbs): 1/2 of a dropper
For people (151 lbs -225 lbs): 3/4 of a dropper
For people(225+ lbs): 1 full dropper
For seniors, individuals with an average to below average metabolism, and individuals without advanced medical conditions, we recommend taking our CBD twice daily. Once in the morning, and once at night.
For individuals with a higher metabolism, and individuals that have more advanced conditions, we recommend giving our CBD 3-4 times a day (approx. every 3-5 hours)
It is important to note that once you start seeing your desired results, you can lower the amount of CBD you or a loved one is taking (i.e. if you're administering 1/2 of a dropper and you are seeing results, try 1/3 of a dropper. If you continue to see results, try 1/4 of a dropper). Make this a gradual transition till you are at the minimum dosage amount with your desired results. If results start to disappear, bump up the amount you or your loved one is taking.
